Nostalgia is always associated with my favourite holiday town, Mojácar, Spain. Ever since I was little my family and two close friends’ families would visit here for two weeks every year. Except this year, due to COVID-19, only my family were able to visit.
Swimming in the same pool, eating out in the same restaurant, walking around the same streets, drinking in the same bar; it all felt weird without having my close friends next to me.
However, with memories I was able to go back to 2018 and remember the great times I spent with everyone. As well as remembering the time where the world wasn’t in a pandemic and we were able to live our life as freely as we could.
