We’ve all heard of the saying: ‘After the rain comes the rainbow’, symbolising the glorious time after the worst. That’s how I view every rainy day wherever I go. But instead of rainbows, I look for puddles. 

Unlike most people who avoid them like the plague, I get real low and dive in. 

This series of photos explores the different angles of the places in which you won’t think about looking. The puddles on the ground embrace the world in contrast to the world we see every day – they are the mirror that reflects the other side of people and places that you don’t expect to see, giving a new perspective to a rainy day.
